The Twin Cities Arts Reader is a new online newspaper magazine devoted to detailed, informed, and incisive coverage of arts and lifestyle events in the greater Twin Cities metro region. TCAR is under the leadership of editor Hanne Appelbaum and publisher Leif Andrews Rissanen. It is currently in soft launch, with a growing body of content, and will formally launch in September 2015, with a full catalog of content provided by our expert writers and guest reviewers.
