NEWS: Broken Clock Brewing Co-Op’s New Head Brewer

Broken Clock Brewing Cooperative has welcomed Shaun Lill as its new Head Brewer. Lill was previously the Head Brewer at HeadFlyer Brewing in Northeast Minneapolis for three years.

A graduate of the Brewing and Beer Steward program at Dakota County Technical College, Lill first began brewing at home before enrolling for advanced training. In 2019, he joined HeadFlyer Brewing as Assistant Brewer, becoming Head Brewer in 2020.

Located in Northeast Minneapolis, Broken Clock Brewing Cooperative is a 100% member-owned co-op with a mission of empowering individuals, inspiring passion, and cultivating collaboration within the community. Patrons are advised to expect several new brews on the menu as Lill settles into his new position.
